I made some changes. The old site was built on Joomla! which I still like but I have been wanting to utilize a wordpress site for myself since I have installed so many for others. For now I’m keeping the design very simple and barebones. I don’t feel the need to pretend this is not a wordpress site so I am using the twenty eleven theme that comes with the wordpress install…only slightly modified in the smallest ways — not worth mentioning.

Some things never change. It’s still FREE!
The site is still free to anyone who wants to put their info up on a completely free bulletin board. Bloggers can still list their blogs here. Self-employed folks can still list their services and sites here.

I am not trying to build a new craigslist or a new social network. I am simply offering one more free place to list your info and increase your online presence.

I am using a plugin: another wordpress classified plugin. Yes, that is the name of the plugin. It’s fairly simple and if I think the site needs it, I have the option to purchase some nice features offered by the developer…it’s a good model and I hope the devs keep up with the updates…so far so good.
